Chucking is the separate back and forth motion between the truck and the fiver. The hitchpin working on the hitch causes the discomfort. Encapsulating it in a rubber donut helps eliminate that. You can have a great suspension on your fiver and still have chucking.
Yes...but the OP has the Andersen Ultimate hitch. There is no chucking by this hitch like a standard 5th wheel hitch
