We have had very little 'chucking' with our 5er but did have a lot of bounce, pitch and wallow on the nation's beautiful highways and byways. This motion that we had experienced may be causing chucking on other combos. Keystone, in their infinite wisdom, spec'd 5200 pound suspension on our 38 foot, 12K 5er(yeah, I know, not the advertised weight, but is the real scaled almost empty pounds). After our 7500 mile trip last fall, I decided to fix this screw up. It now has 6000 pound disc brake hubs and 6 leaf, 6000 springs. I also repaired the incorrectly assembled OEM supplied MORryde CRE3000 and rebuilt the crapped out wet bolts. Voila!! It no longer bounces, pitches and wallows.
Now, those that take exception to Lippert frames, it's a fact of life and if you want to go, with very few exceptions, RVing, that's what you get. An RV assembler** specs out the frame to Lippert telling them what they want. It's up to the RV assembler to ensure that he got what he ordered with the materials and workmanship to do the job.
** Assembler = taking parts from various sources and putting them together to make a whole piece, i.e. an RV:E
