Cleaning / Mantaining the Roof...
Hey all
I just brought my '98 Jayco 293-RKS home from it's year-round home at the campgrounds for a couple weeks for clean-up and wax, as I do every year.
I always clean the roof first and just have been using a mild soap and soft brush... However, I made the mistake of parking under a mulberry tree and we'll just say it's a disaster up there. Also, over the past few years I've noticed a bunch of small spots (mold? mildew ?) It's very difficult to remove... I tried some Westley's Bleach White on a very small area and hit it with a stiff bristle plastic brush. It seems to do the trick (with a LOT of elbow grease, but I don't want to do the whole roof unless I know this won't damage it.
Does anyone have a safe and efficient way of cleaning up this roof ?
Thanks !
Scott
