Many vent systems are minimal to marginal for the airflow needed. I would get a fan to circulate air over blocking any of the heating ducts.
Consider getting a camera or mirror down in the duct that does not have the air volume you expect. Mine was restricted so bad I added two additional ducts and registers off the furnace.
I would check the manual for the furnace to see the minimum number of vents to "safely" operate your furnace. If you close one off that you need for that minimum you will probably be bumping the high limit on the furnace. I would do as
smkettner and add extra vents if closing off one.
I hade the same issue in my first fifth wheel, the furnace would hit the high limit and shut down the gas valve until it cooled off enough. This was even worse when running off the batteries and they discharge enough that the furnace fan is turning fast enough to make the sail switch but not fast enough to keep it off of high limit.
