Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho From April thru July.

There is another holiday in the west you have to take into consideration. It is July 24th, but it is only celebrated in three states.

In Utah it is the day the Mormon pioneers decided "This is the Place".

In Idaho they celebrate it because so many Mormons moved to Idaho shortly after that.

In California they celebrate it because the Mormons decided to stay in Utah and Idaho.
