Consequential Damage option on Exclusionary Warranty

In for a penny in for a pound if you really want an extended warranty in the first place. How much more is the consequential? What about the stuff that the extended warranty does not cover? It still won't help with that, i.e. roof & window leaks , delamination and so on..
