A 11,000lb GVWR 5er should have a pin weight around 2200-2500lb (20-25% is normal). Add in another 100-200 for the hitch and before you get into the truck or load anything else in the truck, you will be over the cargo capacity for the truck.
You have plenty of pulling power just not enough cargo capacity.
A TT would be a good alternative as the hitch weight is only 10-15%...but even then, you can't get crazy loading stuff in the truck.
