The only thing I would have in the truck is the hitch (100lbs?) and passengers. I will load us up and weigh the truck.
We never tow with full tanks, and maybe have 300-500lbs of gear in our camper at most.
If you take a dry weight 5er of 8000lbs, and take it up to 8500lbs, that’s 1700 on the pin.
Anyone see any red-flags with my thinking?
