Considering purchas of 2014 Jayco Seismic 3712
We looked at the one owner Jayco Seismic 3712 this past Sunday. We've had a toy hauler before (XLR 38x12) and once the kids got old enough to stop camping with us we decided to try a motorhome to make things easier for just us. Now we have a new grandson and renewed ambition for having plenty of sleeping space as well as some atv trips so we're ready for a toy hauler again. I haven't kept up with things that well, so here I am asking for input...again, lol. We really like the bath and a half option, the full bath upstairs as opposed to a split bath, the patio option is nice but not a deal breaker, outdoor entertainment center, lots of awning coverage, etc. The Seismic we looked at hits most of the sweet spots so I'm looking for reasons to avoid this unit from those of you that have one or know someone who does. May be a moot point due to his asking price but I pointed out NADA was about $12k less and forewarned him that if I make an offer it will be in the lower range as his unit does not have the 2nd AC unit, an oven, a 3-season wall for the patio or slide awnings.
