DC Fuses are feed from it.
Has a cooling fan.
Reverse Polarity fuse(s) (can be 1 or 2) are typically on backside of converter.
Large fuses...30A or 40A
Ah! So that's what a converter looks like. Nowhere near the breakers or the batteries, it was hidden in plain sight on the back wall of the basement storage, complete with 2 burnt 30 amp fuses.
