I pictured the HTP as that is what was listed in OP subject! Then he provided a link to the H/T offering! Jimnlin referenced a third tire the HT3. Of the three Cooper tires noted the HT3 would be the best for a trailer position, as it has better closed outer ribs. However at 40.4 lbs for the LT235/85R16E it is not a heavy weight! The BS Duravis R500HD in this size weighs 47 lbs. In my book Michelin XPS Ribs or BS Duravis R250 steel carcass tires are the way to go for LT tires on up to 6K axles if a person wants to see America! The R500HD is most likely the best poly carcass available.
