There is a lot of difference between LT made to make a pickup ride softly, such as the Michelin M/S 2 and others with soft sidewalls.

If one takes the time to go handle a Rib, R250 or the R500HD with a two ply poly sidewall you will see there is quit a difference.

However if a person wants to spend less money then this HT3 appears to be a fairly decent choice on paper and with Jimnlin's input.
