Crack spreading

Hello Everyone,
I am in need of some assistance, I have a Crossroads Elevation Toy Hauler. It is a 2015 and right after the first use I got a crack by the front bed slide out. It only continues to crack.

I am reaching out to the manufacturer today and wanted to see if anyone has any information that would be helpful when I call them.

wall failure at the lower slide crossmember is a common problem with upstairs slides now days
