I have been trying to get thru to wesco fastec to get my replacement deadbolt lock and the phone number they want you to call they never answer it and you can't leave a message has anybody received their replacement deadbolt lock that was on the recall

Looked up recal info on web. Mine was recalled but have never received notification and have never replaced mine.

It has been months since I gave them my info and I have received nothing. I had the same problem with the phone. At one point the mailbox was full, so it would take no messages and once a lady actually answered and said I would see my new cylinders in a couple weeks. That time has come and gone. I don't expect to see anything from Fastec, ever.Bruce
