I uspected the pin weight applied to the cams is what creates a bulk of the resistance. Heavier the pin the more the resistance.
But since you confirmed you could not move yours easily by hand I will assume the video was NOT that of an actual working unit.
I didnt see much damage to the box so cant say exactly when the damage ocurred. I dont want to hassle with returning the unit oo will just live with the cosmedics. I just wanted to make sure the internals are working normally and not damaged.
