That happened to us a couple of times, both times in Northern AZ ... (Prescott and Camp Verde). Never could explain it ... and hassn't happened since the dealer HAD to replace the front cap !!
Cruz - double_clutchExplorerright now I am using 303 only, about every two months, just a light application. .
It is gleaming too early to tell how this will work long term. from what I have researched I should be all right.

Don - TravlingmanExplorer IIHaving trouble with front cap dulling also. Actually starting to get some yellowing in some places, noticed when I waxed a few weeks ago. Tried different cleaners and cleaner waxes to no avail, looking at going with something stronger now.
- whporwilExplorerI everyone
I would like to know if any of you have had this problem. We had been sitting in Tucson for the last two weeks. When we went to move I had to raise the front of the camper to hook up our truck. When I raised the front water came out from under the area behind the pin box. After another rain I checked the floor in our bedroom and in the closet and found nothing. I also got on top of the camper and the roof looks as it should, I also checked all the calking around the front cap. The day temps were above 110 and it is there monsoon season so when the rain came it was brief but very heavy. This has never happened before to us how about you? - L_MMusicExplorerDo you guys use a pressure washer to wash the rig? Will it damage decals, gel coating or roof?
- eaherrmannExplorerI waxed ours with maguires car wax, looks great. Problem we've encountered is our decal started to peel slightly. We called Jayco and and they offered to replace it. We chose to have them send decal directly to us to replace when it really gets bad. Answer your question...a good boat wax will help the cap look great, just avoid the decals
- loydtExplorerAnybody else noticing that their front cap is starting to look dull? It has been waxed but I am wondering if it needs a high speed buff with some of the good stuff?
- scootskExplorer IIICould any one tell me the type of hydraulic strut is used for the bedroom closet door that hold the television. Could you give me measurements (open and Closed)? Thannks. My Eagle is equipped with all the hardware to do the install, but there is no strut, although, the mounts are there.

Just a quick laugh for y'all -- a young boy visited during our family reunion. He stood in the kitchen (the area with the highest ceiling) and announced that this was the smallest RV he'd ever seen!! His grandmother told him, "It's much bigger than ours (a 28' trailer). He said, "This is the smallest RV I've seen! There's only one bed!!! Where do the kids sleep??" I guess it's all in your perception!!!
PRECISELY why we bought this model. Visit, party, have fun....then the rest a y'all go home. 'cept Ashliegh every now and again...17yr olds dont like hanging out with "the parents".. oh well we'll miss her some day. - L_MMusicExplorerJust a quick laugh for y'all -- a young boy visited during our family reunion.
