- RedGExplorerquote=Come-N-Go,
Measured mine today and it is 72" wide and 78" head to toe. It would be tough to get around a 76" mattress because the 72 is pretty tight. - dinoburnerExplorerWe have a 09 35RLTS and a 08 F250 4x4 with a 6.4 PSD and a 3:73 rear. We've now made two trips in it including the Catskills and had no trouble pulling the 5th wheel. The F250 is rated to pull 16,000lbs and our trailer weighs a little over 12,600 loaded. It pulls it without a problem as long as you take your time and realize you are pulling a small house behind you.
- DaSuExplorerCanadianstroker, we had trouble with our 2006 Jayco Eagle s furnace . Did excactly as you said , BUT, it would not run . Pilot would ignite , burn for a few seconds and go out . Did this 3 times in a row , then shut down . Had Jayco dealer repair man look at it and he replaced the circuit board compliments of Jayco.
- Come-N-GoExplorerI measured some king beds in the stores today, they are 79 inches long, which is what I need, but they are 76 wide. On the Jayco, they are 72 wide, correct? Do you think these would be enough room to walk around the bed with a 76 wide mattress?
- canadianstrokerExplorerStill lovin my '08 RLTS except for a couple of problems. Our splendid washer/dryer is on the fritz. It fills with water like usual, then the dial just spins in circles and does nothing else. Also sometimes the furnace tries to light but keeps cutting out like its out of LP. The LP tanks are full and there is gas reaching the h2o heater, stove, and fridge. The furnace does this a couple times a day then it seems to work like usual again. Anyone hear of these problems?
- CHV_FRKExplorer80" on the king bed.
We're out this weekend in the RLSA again.....Still loving this thing. awesome. I'm even surfing the internet on my phone.... ROUGHING IT RIGHT? - Come-N-GoExplorerYes, it has the night stands, i hate to loose those, but the dw has to sleep with her little dogs, so either I put in king, or I am outa there, and to the couch I go! The bed lifts up easy, and I could probably use a regular king, and lift it as we put the slide in, but I think it would be easy to shorten a foam mattress..
- TravlingmanExplorer IIOn our "08 the king bed lifts up. Mine is in storage, but if I get out I will measure tomorrow. I would check the width also, as I think the queen has a nightstand beside the bed the king doesn't. Glad to hear the new rig is home and it pulled good. An option I thought of beside the Morryde pin box, is an air hitch.
- RedGExplorerI have a king in mine and yes it does lift up. Sorry, but my unit is at a storage facility so I can't make any measurements.
- Come-N-GoExplorerI am wondering if someone can help me out. We bought ours with a queen bed, we are going to put a king in it. Anyone who has a king, I have a question. Does the bed lift up when you put the slide in, or just push up against the dresser? Our queen goes up against the dresser. I was hoping someone would measure their king mattress for me, and give me both deminsions? Our mwttress seems to me 79 inches long, and if the king is longer, and lifts when closing the slide, I may get a memory type foam mattress and try to cut it down....
