Doing a search, should bring up some threads with lots of answers.
I would use a plastic scraper, like for your windshield, and maybe use a heat gun, being very careful, not to get too hot.
If your RV is not too old, and just has cracks, or pin holes in the original dicor, I'd just clean the old, and cover with fresh.
