We had a booth when the kids camped with us. The cushions started to flatten after about 6 years. I never found it comfortable and it was difficult to get in/out.
On that model the furnace was under one bench and the W/H was under the other so I had no storage advantage there.
Some booths come with very flimsy stand-alone tables so beware of that. The dual pedestal model seemed more sturdy.
Now it's just the two of us and we have the dinette. I took two chairs out to make more room. We store a few 2 1/2 gallon water containers between the dinette and outside wall and other items fit well between the chair and inner wall while moving.
I would never own another booth. The dinette works for us. My next model will have the curb side dinette.
