My propane line splits and T's under the propane tank storage.
The one side of the T has a cap on it.
Anyone know what the line with the cap is intended for ??
Anyone replace the cap with a quick disconnect/valve and have a soft line for a grill ??
I've been to Camping World and El Toro RV to look for a setup to replace the cap with a valve/quick disconnect so I can run a soft/rubber line to a grill. Both places have told me this will not work and try to sell me a $80 T with a line that connects up at the tank....
I did see this and intended to tap into it with a quarter turn valve. had one on my previous trailer and it worked fine. - my996duc1ExplorerMy propane line splits and T's under the propane tank storage.

On the "towing level" topic, I recently towed from Chicago to NorCal with my front a couple inches high. I surely had uneven tire wear (more in the rear) and ended up losing a tire. Actually, I managed to see the wear spot at a fuel stop before it blew. Wore through tread, steel belts, poly belts, and mostly through the inner lining. America's Tire said it was tread separation, which Goodyear Marathons are known for. AVOID GOODYEAR MARATHONS! I have a 2010 Eclipse Stellar 40TXSG. It is amazing. There are a few minor issues here and there. I've visited the factory and toured it. They were wonderful. My underbelly is not enclosed, but I want it to be. They sold me 32 feet of the corrugated plastic for $110.....a steal! Now I can seal it like I want and make access panels for the important parts.
Here is a question for y'all: Have any of you insulated your underbelly more? It does get chilly in places. My floor is still wood stringers w/ plywood and glass insulation...only 2". Not til 2011 did they start making the floors the same as the walls. I'm thinking of just spraying Large Gap Great Stuff all over the underneath. A kit to do places such as garages, etc is about $650....way too much. I plan to add head blankets to the tanks and pipes before I enclose the underside.
Any input?
Single Part foam does not hold up well to moisture and ozone. The 2 part foam kits are a better product long term.

I was at my local rv dealer to day and just out of curiosity I ask how much to flip my axles $700. Just for labor. arrow trailer and rv did it for $394.00 out the door how can there be such a big difference in labor
Because stealers are a ripoff. I know when my warranty expires and I can't fix something, a dealership will be the last place I go. - stellar714ExplorerI was at my local rv dealer to day and just out of curiosity I ask how much to flip my axles $700. http://www.rhhfoamsystems.com/about.php - BakersfieldExplorerI had my done at A-1 Spring & Supply, 1632 South Union Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93307, and it was $350. The quote for $800 is out of line and it should only take a couple of hours.

hope you wont have any tire overloading problems, just watch your loading weights ,where do you ride?
Most of the time ocotillo and lucerne valley. where did you have your axles flipped ? .I was quoted $400.
I bought axel flip kits made by dexter who manufacturers the axel. Purchased them at MCT trailers a local trailer shop in ventura,ca and installed them myself. It cost me $100 bucks and took me the better part of a day without any help. If you have welding experience you can buy new spring perches and weld them on the top of the axel.
Another note, there are two different height holes on the leaf spring hangers and when I did the flip I also moved to the other hole as to not raise it to max height because I only needed a few inches. I am within .5 inches of level front to back when hitched up.
