I have a friend who has her Rv in for repairs. They have been waiting for over a month for parts, so far. They wanted to take the Rv out for a outing and they told her that they would charge her $119...

Bruce, all I can say is I appreciate your friends problem with getting parts but there has to be more to this.
We still don't know what the real issue is with their RV. If not a serious deal they didn't have to leave their rig and could continue to use. Can't be to huge if they want to take out and use w/o being 'fixed'.
If you don't know all the details maybe your friends could come in here and let us know.
At this point we do not know all the details...two sides to every story. Maybe there is justification for the dealers charge...maybe not.
