Drawer slide

I need to extract my drawer from the slide so that I can re-secure the drawer frame, however cannot figure out how to separate drawer from slide mechanism. The unit is a 2011 Cougar RKS 278. Any...

My rig has two types of drawer glides. No different than home cabinet glides.

This one with the little black tab you kinda have to know is there, and the other type has a catch on top of the glide that is pretty hard to miss.
