^^^ this. The diferrence between the two is that one is
always enabled (Blue Ox) and the other is only enabled if you remember to use it (Butch's).
I would say a majority of fifth wheel drops that I've read about are human error and forgetting a step - I don't see how anything but the Blue Ox actually offers any real protection. If you can forget to close the handle, or put the pin in, you can just as easily forget the step of enabling the Butch's catcher.
