The issue here is age. Some of you guys are too old to remember to hook your rig up properly before you head out. Anyone older than 55 should have a second opinion on whether they are road ready or not before they head out. Dropping your rig on your truck is just age related. My view exactly. I do all the hooking up, but my DW is very capable and does a second visual check behind me. Works for us.
