CONDENSATION!
That IMHO is the #1 reason to get dual pane. Second would be sound proofing and third would be insulation.
I have been down to 18 degrees with it warm in the coach and not a bit of water inside the windows. Wasn't so with single pane.
Wasn't a big deal when we were weekend warriors, but now that we are fulltime it is wonderful!
