F350 for sure if you are buying new. There is no good reason if you plan on hauling a 5th wheel rv to purchase a F250. Much better chance of getting that tool box fuel tank combo in the rig without exceeding the payload. Also If you want that tool box I would seriously consider a 8 foot box. I have hauled my 5th wheel with a short box and a long box and I prefer by a long box big time. JMHO
