electric blankets ??

I don't have one buts lots I know do use them in their rv. Use as normal, just like in a sticks & bricks.

My thoughts are we like our electric mattress pad much better than we did electric blankets.

My wife and I have used an electric blanket in our 5er for quite a while. By using it we are able to stay plenty warm without having to use lots of heavy blankets or running the furnace. If we still need more heat we use a small electric heater in the bedroom and leave the fireplace on in the living room. I know of no difference between using one in an RV as compared to using one in a house. Just be sure the blanket is turned off as soon as you are finished with it.

We have one and turn on low about 30 minutes to an hour before bed time. It is very nice to slide into a warm bed rather than one that is cold.
We also have one at the sticks and bricks.

Elec blanket here. RV and home.

There is nothing like a down comforter!

Best RVing investment we've made in quite awhile. The bed is toasty when we get in, and it allows us to turn the furnace way down low for the night. (We do a lot of cold-weather camping.)

Just a note on using an electric blanket in an RV.
Make sure you do not use it on the inverter. The controllers will be damaged.

I forgot to unplug the blanket upon breaking camp. When unplugging the RV from the CG pedestal, the transfer switch transferred to the inverter which I had on. A few miles down the road started to smell that electrical burn smell. Took for ever to realize that it was the blanket controllers.
