Empire campers

Hi Folks,
I have a friend that just bought an Empire 5th wheel trailer.Although I am an experienced camper, I am not familiar with this brand. I don't know the age of the camper, but he is looking for an owner's manual. Are they still in business, and any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    "A builder of travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers and park model units, Empire RV operated during the early 1990s under Fleetwood. Manufacturing 36-foot and 39-foot long park model temporary residences, towable vehicles produced under Empire RV span 21 to 38 feet. Empire RV production concluded after the 1994 model year."
