- jamestnExplorerI purchased a 2014 Rushmore lincoln the first of July. I have took the unit on 3 different trips. I did have a few minor issues on first trip but all issues were addressed by the dealer. My next 2 visits went event free. I know there is good and bad with all units and I have seen some negative feedback for the rushmores but personally I real like our unit and so far so good. I did buy a 5 year extended warranty just in case. You never know about the 5 slides or the 6 pt level system (I love the leveling system). I love the lincoln front living floor plan with the front window. You can see out but have the privacy where no one can see in. I also like the tv, stereo and fridge in outside compartment. The retail for this unit is upper $80's but it can be found in low $60 on line. I did find a few that were $59 but they didn't have all options.

redwood is a full time unit now built by crossroads, warrantied as such, and the same price point as the landmark.
No unit built by Crossroads is rated for full time living. Heartland has the Bighorn and Landmark both rated for full timing and warrantied for it. The Bighorn would be in the same price point as the Rushmore. - BumpyroadExploreryep, concerning list prices. when I drove to the Flair factory in Pa to pick out my 25Y I asked about the window sticker to see what it listed for. they said they didn't have one and I would have to see my dealer for that.
bumpy - MookieKatExplorerNews flash: We had gone to look at Boat N' RV to see some used 5'ers and to take a peak at the Evergreens to see just how "green" they really were, and they showed us the Bay Hill 340RK. We fell in LOVE with the kitchen design!! BUT....their price was Standard Price: $87,651....Sale Price: $80,638!! Well....that was unthinkable for us!!
Today, I was just wanting to look at the floor plan again so I Googled the model number and Youtube came up for it. It said for under 50K!!! What???!!! I was in disbelief! so, I clicked through to their website, which turned out to be a wholesaler. I asked for an instant email quote, and the new price? $48,000 and change!!!
What???!!!! This is unbelievable!!! I went into shock!!! AND outrage!!! The MSRP on this site stated, $55,900, but BNRV stated that it was $87,651!
I cannot believe that dealers have marked up the RVs so much!!! It almost looks like the clothing industry, where they mark up 100%!
Well, now I am wiser to this industry, after seeing actual wholesale prices! What an education I have been getting these past few weeks!!!
I called Evergreen and asked them what the MSRP was for this unit and they told me that they did not know it....to ask my dealer. What a racket!!! As some of you have stated that MSRP is just a fictitious number, now I have clear proof of it! - MookieKatExplorer
