Update: Just picked up the TH that has been at the dealer for 2 months now for warranty work and a 35 item punch list. Everything has been at least addressed and or fixed. The dealer here in Phoenix gets an A grade from me for everything that they have done. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to finish but we did not have any trips planned during that time. The Mfg Evergreen gets an C- for their grade. Shipping a trailer to a dealer in the condition that ours was in which is not acceptable IMO and they didn't seem to be to apologetic for their lack of quality control. There is a flaw with their toy haulers regarding the leading edge of the front face. there is an area that is exposed to the weather and needs to be fixed FWIW to future customers.
