Excel Credit- RV Financing
Has anyone worked with or heard of Excel Credit for financing RVs? We are selling our fifth wheel and the buyer is working with Excel Credit over the internet.

WHOOPS! Essex Credit is the front for Bank of the West. I have no knowledge of Excel. The additional info about closing in a bank is still accurate. Sorry for the mistake. I didn't want to delete all the content of the post just to have you wondering what I wanted to take back. Sorry for the confusion.

We used Excel for a refi. The actual loan is from Bank Of The West, a legitimate bank. Personally, I like to close private transfers at my bank. If you're near a Bank of the West, that would make sense too. All parties are a little more comfortable receiving a cashier's check directly from a banker as well as waiting for a title when the banker sees the rest of the paperwork is in order.
