A flour mill blew up in my home town many years ago due to flour dust. Pieces of concrete were blown out in a radius of a city block. Several workers were killed.
People don't generally think of flour as being explosive but all you have to do is Google 'flour mill explosion' to get educated.

Grain dust, sugar dust, virtually =any= organic dust fine enough to remain suspended in atmosphere can be explosive. The more carbon in it, the more explosive.
