I don't know why you believe that unless you have owned one and used it. Believe me, the Hensley would solve your sway problem. :) Seems to me you are going to throw a whole lot of money at a new 5th wheel trailer to solve a problem that the Hensley would solve very easily - for a fraction of the cost.
If you REALLY want a 5th wheel then disregard my message above.:B
