Engineers design the truck and frame, engineers design the axles and tires. Both sets of engineers set specs. Why do the engineers who design tires and axles merit obedience to those specs, but truck engineers who design the frame and components do not? I think all these guys probably went to the same schools.
Seems kind of silly that if you're going to ignore one set of engineers' specs, why pay attention to any of them? Just curious.
