The 250 has a Sterling and the 350 has a Dana M375.
F250 with the Heavy Tow pack comes with the Dana. Rated at 6340 according to my door sticker. 10,000 GVWR, but 5200 FAWR and 6340 RAWR total to 11,540, or 40 more than the highest registration for a 350 SRW.
