I am using my old Reese 16K hitch with the picture frame adapter and no slider. I have since seen better solutions. The Reese puck hitch is one of the most expensive, but the B&W RVK3300 is about $300 cheaper and the Curt Q20 is about $150 less than that. The advantage of the B&W is that you can reverse the mounts to move the hitch back a few inches, but its lowest setting is 16.75 inches. The Curt will adjust down to about 13.5 inches. Both have puck mounting.
My fiver has the cutaway front cap and extended pin and, although I can't do 90 degrees, I can turn as much as I need to in most situations.
