Before attempting to repair I would focus on what caused this to happen in the first place.
Totally agree. Knowing why it happened it the key to a lasting repair. Panel shouldn't just pop out like that.
Good advice, the proper way to handle.
Agree, this must be done or any repair is a gamble at best.
JFYI,,,
A friend we sometime camp with in our Glamis wash 2 group had a earlier WW. It was a 5th, but like yours without the fiberglass front cap.
Same thing happened to his. I saw it at camp and pointed it out to him. They tried to get it back in and duct taped the whole corner up. By the time they got back to Phx, the whole side had come apart after the 200 mile ride. Next time I saw him he had a big brand new Raptor 5th. So be careful if you're driving it like that...
I can vouch for South Cal RV doctor. Jim use to manage the WW/Ragen factory, back in the day... He knows these WW better than anyone I've ever talked to. Might be worth getting an estimate from him if possible. At least that would give you a good idea of the scope of the total repair needed.
The work they did for me was exceptionally high quality, much better than I expected. For me, thats a rarity to find...
