Failures on a B&W Companion? That's news to me, and I've been towing with B&W Companion hitches since 2001. We tow our Mobile Suites 38RSSA with the Ram specific Companion RVK3600 that fits into the factory pucks of our 2016 Ram 3500 and are very satisfied with its performance.
