I've pulled 13,750# all over North America behind a SRW (yes, O-B, a SRW) diesel/Allison 3500 and never felt I needed anything more (capacity or stability).
I agree with these guys ^^^
For this trailer, DRW is a "nice to have" but not really needed, and it's certainly well-within the weight ratings of a properly equipped SRW truck.
