I/we do not own a Jayco product but they do have a very good reputation and have been in business successfully for over 40 years now. Unlike the other newbie RV brands/models you asked about. We have been RVing since the mid 1960's and we've talked to many owners of Jayco RVs and haven't had anyone say their Jayco was poorly built or they had any big problems with theirs or the Jayco warranty claim working relations. Jayco makes so many different lines and models from entry level for mainly summer use to the full time living models and they are featured and priced accordingly. Are they top of the line like DRV, Carriage, Lifestyle, etc? Nope but not priced like these top of the line RVs either.
Columbus is quite new and doesn't have any long term (years of customer usage history) to draw from. Denali certainly has had it's share of unhappy owners right here on this forum.
I've been reading this forum for about 10 years now and have been posting (5080 posts so far) under my travelnutz name since April 2006 so I've seen/read a lot of posts about various RVs on here.
A word to the wise: When a salesman's lips are moving, he's usually spreading it thick or just plain lying to make his product appear better. When he starts running down his competition to make his line look like the epitome of RV's, your best bet is to simply just leave! Most salesman have one goal, to get you to buy period! A good or the better product litterally sells itself and it's your money you are spending! Honest and knowledgable salesman really do exist but they are the few and far between!
