I've owned a Jayco, Crossroads, and Forest River. Crossroads has gone down the toliet, Forest River has some hit and misses - I'd call the Columbus a miss since I read the FR forum frequently and the Columbus seems to have waaaay to many issues for what they market the rig to. Jayco is very stable, has a two year warranty, and will repair issues timely and without much complaint. The structure of our Jayco is rock solid. Some of the trim/fit issues common in a new unit bit us the first few months but it wasn't anything a well placed finish nail or glue couldn't repair in five minutes.
By the way, watch out for RVW I caught them in stretching the truth. Ask them when they were a Jayco dealer.... (Never)
