I am brand-new to this forum. My wife and I are getting ready to enter the world of fifth wheel camping. We are looking for a higher-end, well-built unit since we plan to spend at least 3-4 months a year living in it. I had my heart set on the Keystone Alpine-- attractive floorplans, great features, etc, but lately I have been hearing negative things about the workmanship and more importantly, customer service. We plan to buy within the next 9-10 months and would appreciate any help from you members out there! Comments from Alpine owners?
I have a 2012 Montana and am very pleased. Much of what you heard comes from a minority of people. Keystone service is excellent. Nationwide even at your non selling dealer! Example of service, last 4th of July we had a slide out issue. They sent a service tech 100 miles to make an adjustment. No charge! I am sold on Keystone. Is Montana perfect, no..no RV at any price will be perfect. It's the nature of the beast !
