Hi All,
Again thank you, your advice and experience has been priceless, nice to know there are folks like you that are willing to share, this is one of the BIG reasons my wife and I have decided to become RVers. Anyway if I'm being a pest let me know but hopefully this will be my last question concerning my issue. I went out and checked the battery (3.5 V) and I found one of the Pos. Leads loose and after closer exam it is a cheap battery disconnect. I had a heavy duty 3 position on my boat. The battery is an Exide which my wife researched and said it was a decent battery. My last question(promise) I bought a 50amp to 30amp pigtail and a 30amp to 15amp(125v) adapter. Also I have a 12AWG, 300v 50ft extension cord,am I ok to plug into house just to run some lights and keep battery charged or should I buy 8awg or 10awg. We are still researching going to solar or 50amp service line. Hope I'm using right terminology.
