First and probably not last mistake

Those "so called" disconnect switches from the factory are anything but a disconnect switch! They leave many things connected that will drain power from the batteries! Do yourself a favor and install a marine disconnect switch close to the battery which will disconect everything! Note, your alarms, smoke and propane, will not be operative. Somewher, sometime there was a problem with one of those alarms and someone was sued, or a manufacturers attorney decided that was too much of a risk! Depending on the manufacturer additional things are left connected, (refridgerator?), as example.
