- GBandPBExplorerWe have a 2014 8528 IKWS and so far, we love it. The floor plan was similar to the Jayco WhiteHawk we had previously. We don't have but one kiddo that camps with us and I think he is loosing interest now that he is a Junior in High School. it seems perfect for 2-4 people. We love the openness and spaciousness of the floor plan. Wife loves the island sink. I dig that I can stand up straight in the bedroom and the shower is of usable size for a big guy like me. It tows well behind our gas powered 3/4 ton truck.
- goducks10ExplorerDon't own one but two things come to mind. 1st the CCC is really low. Brochure weights are notoriously low so figure 200+lbs less on CCC. That's around 1000lbs. The 5'er would be maxed out before we had all our stuff inside.
2nd is the carpet on the slide in front of the fridge and stove. Just looking at the FR web site pic the carpet looks like a trip hazard as well as uncomfortable to be 1/2 on or 1/2 off. JMHO. - sail2livExplorerThat trailer probably would not work for us, because we like access to everything without extending a slide....looks like not refer or over unless extend kitchen and no sitting area or dining area without extending dining slide and not even sure about island sink....hmmmm but you do have bedroom and bathroom...so just order a pizza if at wally world....good luck
