Yes on the T/H, and a great tranny, yes on the E/B, most will have E-locking rear end, maybe all new models, but not really needed with 4x4 IMO. Don't forget Fords great tow mirrors, and top rated IBC. If the seat doesn't fit, the above Cummins Aisin is a good choice too, with proven reliability.
