I would personally be leery of the Powerstroke because it still uses the CP4 fuel pump. There's a reason GM dropped it and Cummins never used it in the first place. The new Super Duty looks like a fantastic truck otherwise, but in the HD diesel realm right now I'd be looking at Ram or GM.
I would second the idea of expanding your search radius. Getting the truck you want would be worth a plane ticket and a few tanks of fuel if you had to travel for it.
