The funny thing is it really depends on where you're at in the US/Canada. In the northwest, or certainly at least Idaho, the GM trucks cost considerably more than Fords or Rams.
I think GM and even Ram make a very good truck but I honestly find it hard to believe that people would pay as much for a GM as a Ford... let alone more for a GM.
