I'd have no problem with any of the modern big 3. They are all amazing trucks. I think Ram gives you the most for your money but not by a landslide.
The past problems with Ford's diesels seem to be pretty far in the rear mirror. Any of the big 3 will have similar features like tow/haul and exhaust brakes.
