Just because your towing a trailer doesn't necessarily mean your working the truck too hard. He could try to vary the speed a little and just not accelerate hard for the first couple hundred miles.Many new trucks are purchased that don't have the novelty of a break in period.I'm thinking fire truck or any other commercial vehicle.
